Interim Recruitment

Most employers have yet to discover interim or temporary recruitment, and the very real benefits to be gained from the appropriate use of specialist Temporary or Interim staff. Candidates can be in place and working effectively as quickly as one or two days from your initial request. Interim staff often prove to be the most effective way of filling unexpected vacancies which cannot be completed with existing staff, or to cover maternity leave, holiday cover, long-term sickness and when existing staff are allocated to more critical tasks and replacement resource is required. In certain circumstances an employer may want to offer a contractor a permanent position after they have completed their initial contract.

In some instances, a client will already know an individual they are keen to hire from a competitor firm and once Andersen Bain are provided a name and current place of employment, we use various tools and techniques to attract this talent. Andersen Bain are also skilled in providing “team moves” where a group of candidates are hired together from the same target firm.
